    Automotive Technology

    This course of study prepares students to enter into today's automotive workforce in many different areas. Emphasis will be placed on Safety, Life Long Learning, and Critical Thinking Skills that aide Diagnostics, Repair, and Preventive Maintenance related to Automotive Technology. Students will be encouraged to pursue various certifications and licenses during and after completion of this course. Each of the eight systems will be broken down into the theory of operation, demonstration, and hands-on tasks designated by our NATEF industry requirements.

    The Automotive Shop is broken into two classes, the AM and PM classes. Am consists of Sophmores and Freshman while the PM class is made up of Juniors and Seniors.
