    Food Preparation

    Food Preparation curriculum prepares you for many different kinds of employment related to commercial food services. Specialized learning units include theory and work experience in the major areas of safety and sanitation, principles of cooking, baking, and menu planning. Other experiences include food servicing, waiting on tables, cashiering, and care and use of modern state of the art equipment. The restaurant kitchen provides the industry's standard of proper and efficient service and menu planning. ServSafe class will be offered to seniors for certification.
